I've already managed to bring 3 other people into the NaNoWriMo contest, the number possible going up to 5 soon. I learned at a get together for Montreal NaNos (that so sounds like a Mork from Ork bit! "Nano nano!") that we account for 30 percent of the people who try out for this every year worldwide too.

As always I'm furiously working to deadline on my latest Comicopia zine. Electronic deadline is this coming Wednesday.

One thing you'll no longer read from me here: making the deadline for Apacalypse. I e-mailed a letter of resignation for it today. The vote to have it go electronic played a big part, but the fact is that, despite over 10 years as a member, I just get no pleasure out of it anymore. It's just feeling like a chore to work on it.
